It's That Time...June 20, 2009

Hi Everybody!

Welcome to the official blog of the 2009 James and Shirley Mangum Reunion. This is the site for details on the reunion, answers to questions you may have, and pictures documenting all the fun. We're excited to see almost everyone again.

Here are the essentials to get you started:

• Date -Saturday, June 20, 2009
• Time - 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm
  
• Place - Grandma and Grandpa Mangum's house

Now for a more detailed agenda:

• 2:00 to 5:00 - Gather, visit, and participate in activities that include a"Spirit Bowl" competition, games, and dunk tank. Invite your favorite brother, sister, uncle, aunt, cousin, or grandparent to bring a change of clothes and climb in the tank! (Note: there is a five foot height requirement for any one wanting to be dunked. Word on the street is that Bart will make an appearance in his Speedo along with Renae in her bikini - now that's a family reunion!)
• 5:30 to 7:00 - Hawaiian Luau dinner
• 7:00 to 8:00 - entertainment by ComedySportz

What do you need to do?

• Figure out how much of the reunion you and your immediate family will attend
• Communicate that (including ages of those planning to come) to the "Mangum" you claim (generally a child of James and Shirley). We especially need a count for dinner
• Each child of James and Shirley send your family's count for dinner to Lori or Dave (lorimcginn@hotmail.com or dbmcginn@gmail.com) before June 10th
